The hinge is not pre-drilled, as mounting hole locations vary by door manufacturer and model. Holes must be drilled to match your specific installation requirements. For proper tension, springs may need to be stretched, especially for hinges longer than 3 inches. If using the hinge at the full 4" length, two springs are required for correct operation. Please order an additional spring (Part #SDH-155) if needed.
