POLYshim II Tape is a 100% solids, highly adhesive and elastic, cross-linked butyl preformed tape with a continuous integral EPDM shim. The integrated EPDM shim ensures consistent spacing, accurate glass alignment, and controlled compression within the glazing pocket, supporting long-term system durability and performance.

Designed specifically for compression glazing systems, POLYshim II Tape is used wherever high-performance glazing is required, including stick curtain wall systems, unitized and panelized curtain walls, punched openings, ribbon and strip windows, and sloped glazing applications. It is ideal for compression glazing of vision lites or panels, providing strong adhesion combined with elastic recovery.
